Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Force Nexa Solution, we focus on delivering high-quality customized digital solutions. Due to the nature of our services, refunds and cancellations are handled carefully and transparently.

1. Project-Based Services

Payments made for customized software, website development, CRM systems, or mobile applications are non-refundable once the project has started or resources have been allocated.

2. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

3. Milestone Payments

Payments linked to completed milestones are non-refundable. Any work delivered before cancellation remains the intellectual property of Force Nexa Solution until full payment is received.

4. Delays & Force Majeure

Refunds will not be applicable for delays caused by third-party services, incomplete client inputs, or circumstances beyond our control.
